Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AIConnectors.ai ("AI Connectors," "we," "us"), operated by Frogbear Ventures, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit aiconnectors.ai (the "Site") or contact us. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you give us. When you book a demo, request a report or calculator result, or fill out a form, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, and anything you include in your message.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our vendors collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, and how you interact with the Site. We also store the marketing source that brought you to the Site (such as UTM parameters or the referring page) in your browser so we can attach it to a form you later submit.
  • Information from our vendors. Some vendors, described below, may associate your visit with other information they hold about you, such as your business email address.

Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies on the Site. The services we use include:

  • Google Analytics, to understand traffic and how visitors use the Site.
  • PostHog, for product analytics and measuring which pages and tools are useful.
  • Vercel Analytics, for page performance and traffic measurement.
  • Calendly, which powers demo booking and may set its own cookies.
  • RB2B, for visitor identification, described in the next section.

Google Analytics, PostHog, and RB2B load only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you click "Decline," or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they stay off. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, and we store the marketing source that brought you to the Site in your browser so it can be attached to a form you submit.

Visitor identification and advertising

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.

How we use information

  • To respond to your requests, book demos, and deliver reports you ask for.
  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
  • To understand how visitors use the Site and which marketing channels work.
  • To send you business communications and marketing, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • To protect the Site, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your information for money. We share it with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, including hosting, analytics, scheduling, email delivery, customer relationship management, and visitor identification vendors. We may also share information to comply with law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Under some state laws, sharing information for advertising or analytics can count as a "sale" or "sharing"; the opt-out options in this policy apply to that activity.

Your choices

  • Advertising and visitor identification: opt out at app.retention.com/optout.
  • Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access, correction, or deletion, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as the law requires. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
