Are there any per-call or per-minute charges?
No. $299/month is a flat rate with unlimited calls and unlimited concurrent capacity. We deliberately price this way because service business call volume is seasonal — flat pricing means the busy month doesn't punish you.
What's NOT included at $299/month?
Multi-location or franchise routing, custom voice cloning, and advanced custom integrations beyond our standard list of supported scheduling platforms. These are available on our Pro plan or as add-ons. Everything a single-location service business actually needs is included at $299.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for standard integrations. If your business requires a custom integration (e.g., a proprietary scheduling system or unusual workflow), we'll quote that one-time work separately during the demo call.
What's the contract length?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We don't lock customers into annual contracts because we'd rather earn the renewal every month than trap you in a contract.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer a self-serve free trial because the value comes from the integration setup, which takes us 1–2 days of work to do properly. Instead, we offer a 15-minute demo where we walk through exactly what the integration would look like for your specific software — and we don't charge until you're live and seeing booked calls.
What if I have multiple locations?
Multi-location and franchise operations are on our Pro plan, which is custom-quoted based on number of locations and call volume. Each location can have its own configuration, dispatch rules, and on-call escalation policy. Book a demo for a tailored quote.
