What does NeverMiss AI actually do?
NeverMiss AI is an AI phone agent that answers every inbound call to your business 24/7, has a natural-sounding conversation, captures intake details, books appointments directly into your scheduling software, and texts the customer a confirmation. It also handles speed-to-lead follow-up on web form fills and ad leads.
How is this different from an answering service?
Traditional answering services take messages and pass them on — you still have to call back, book, and re-confirm. NeverMiss AI completes the booking on the call itself, writes it to your scheduling software, and texts the customer. The job is on your calendar before you hear about the call.
Will my customers know it's AI?
Most callers don't notice unless they're listening for it. The agent introduces itself by your business name, speaks naturally, and handles interruptions and clarifications. If a caller asks directly whether they're talking to an AI, the agent will acknowledge it. We don't try to deceive — we just sound like a competent receptionist.
What happens when the AI can't handle a call?
Calls that need a human — complex pricing, complaints, emotional situations — are transferred immediately to your line or your on-call person. You define the escalation rules during setup. The agent doesn't trap people in an AI loop.

How much does it cost?
NeverMiss AI starts at $299/month with unlimited calls, 24/7 coverage, and direct integration with your scheduling software. Multi-location and franchise operations are on our Pro plan, which is custom-quoted.
Are there per-call or per-minute charges?
No. $299/month is a flat rate with unlimited calls and unlimited concurrent capacity. Flat pricing exists deliberately because service business call volume is seasonal — we don't want a busy month to punish you.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No annual contracts.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for standard integrations. Custom integration work (proprietary scheduling systems, unusual workflows) is quoted separately upfront — never as a surprise.

How long does setup take?
Most customers are live within 48 hours. We need access to your phone forwarding, scheduling software credentials, and a 30-minute call to walk through your specific intake rules.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We forward your existing business number into NeverMiss AI. Your customers see the same number they always have.
What scheduling software do you support?

What if my power or internet goes out?
NeverMiss AI runs in the cloud. As long as your phone forwarding can reach our number (which works even when your office network is down), your business has phone coverage even when your physical office doesn't.

Capabilities

Can it handle emergencies?
Yes. We script the agent with your specific emergency keywords during setup (e.g., 'no heat,' 'burst pipe,' 'severe pain'). Emergency calls trigger your defined escalation — immediate text to on-call, callback within minutes, or transfer to your emergency line. Routine calls book into your standard route.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Bilingual intake in English and Spanish is included. Additional languages are available on request.
Can it qualify leads before booking?
Yes. You can configure qualifying questions (service area check, project scope, budget range, timeline) that the agent asks before offering booking slots. Leads that don't qualify get a polite 'this isn't the right fit, here are some alternatives' message.
Can I review what the AI said?
Yes. Every call is transcribed and recorded (per your jurisdiction's consent rules). You can listen to calls, review transcripts, and we use those to continuously tune the agent. You're never flying blind about how it's performing.
Does it work with chat widgets and web forms too?
